Calling All Serpent Lake Association Members

The SLA Annual meeting is coming up this Saturday, June 18th at the Salem Lutheran Church in Deerwood. Our new fiscal year started June 1st, 2022 and runs to May 31, 2023.

It is important that you get your dues of $35.00 paid in at the door. Look for our sign up table as you enter the building. If you happen miss the meeting, send dues to SLA P.O. Box 580 Deerwood 56444.

Check out the items on the raffle table They are donated Items from our lake community. When paying your $35.00 dues you will receive one raffle ticket. For each additional $100 donation made towards our Preservation Fund, Adopt-A-Buoy, Memorial Fund, you will receive another ticket for the raffle items.

Adopt-A-Buoy – This year we have a lake map board in which you may adopt a buoy for $150.00. Sign your name across the buoy sticker located on the map. Our by laws state that Membership is in effect upon payment of annual dues in order to vote. Send in your dues, you must be current in order to vote.

We need the support of our lake community to help maintain and preserve our Serpent Lake. The work is never done and new invasive species are always a concern.
